We can guarantee the highest quality and safety food standards, complying with the most up to date food legislation, applying our HACCP system ( Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and implementing a quality system based on the most recognized food norms used in the frozen food business - BRC (British Retail Consortium) – achieving their certification.
We have in place our own laboratory where our quality staff carry out over the whole production process any kind of quality and micro controls as well as other tests/checks and studies required for monitoring critical elements of the quality system and factory.
